Paddy Goes To Holyhead

Paddy Goes To Holyhead, a five piece London based Anglo/Irish band, have been doing the rounds of the more notable rock venues over the last few years. Founded and fronted by Dubliner Danny Hynes their brand of rock’n’roll has gained them a loyal following in the U.K. and overseas.

By dispensing with the pseudo-posturing and affections found in other (equally) glamorous bands, Paddy Goes To Holyhead concentrates solely on entertaining their public and have remained one of the most popular bands on the rock circuit. For a great night of rock’n’roll (numbers include rockin’ versions from ABBA to Tom Jones) Paddy Goes To Holyhead provide maximum entertainment. The band have a 12 track CD, called “Greatest Hits (And other fairytales) with rockin versions of These Boots Are Made for Walking, Ruby-Don’t Take Your Love To Town, While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Also available is a 3 track CD featuring Andy Scott from 70’s Glam rockers SWEET with classic versions of Delilah and The Green Green Grass Of Home, both available on their own label “Jackeen Records”

Recently recruited members Chris & Tino Troy from rock giants Praying Mantis have added a new dimension of sound and influence creating the most exciting Paddy line-up ever!
