Paul Mario Day 

Paul Mario Day was the original lead singer of Iron Maiden from 1975-1976 and started in the band More in 1981 and in 1984 he joined Wildfire. From 1985 to 1986 he was the leadsinger in Sweet and appears on the famous "Live at the Marquee".

In 1986, Paul migrated to Australia, and lived in Sydney for several years performing, before moving to Newcastle, where he was received by audiences with enthusiasm at gigs around the Newcastle and Hunter areas.

In 2001 Paul Day took on a new career, involving film. He has since involved himself with a TAFE course specialising in cinematography and has been merited with credits for his efforts. Obtaining his Certificate with Distinctions! Paul is considering writing his autobiography, and is looking for any material anyone may have (from all over the world!) Pauls’ special editing techniques used with the editing suite on his computer are evident on the films on this, and other DVD’s created by him.

He has a passion for the Film industry, and approaches every project with unrelentless conviction, dedication, precision and enthusiasm. Paul films anything from Music Videos, Short Films, and Virtual Home Displays.

Today Paul is touring locally with his new band The Gringos.
